The terms, in plain words.

Prices are shown without VAT; VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Our payment provider is the merchant of record and sends the invoice.

Restora Pro plans renew yearly until you cancel; a cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the year you paid for. Templates are paid once.

If a product does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get it, no questions asked.

What you may do with a product is set by its licence. Updates and support last as long as your plan for Restora Pro, and for 12 months for templates.

We test our products carefully, but no software is free of faults. Keep your own backups, and test a restore on a staging copy before relying on it. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
